Chapter 1.07: Last Vacation Day

Mama was going to be so proud of me, Isobel just knew it. Who other than her would do homework on a vacation? No one, that's who! Heh, she was the smartest girl in the whole wide world.

A few hours later, Isobel had returned to the campsite and had opted to play some horseshoes, but first she went to change her clothes. She emerged from the tent sporting a different outfit and then went over to the horseshoes. "Looking pretty cute," Mama told her.

"Yep," Isobel said, trying to focus on her game.
