Succession Law

Equality: The Founder may be of either gender. Both boys and girls are eligible for the title of heir.

Strict Traditional : To be eligible to be named heir, a child must be naturally born from their previous-generation parents and be able to trace an unbroken bloodline back to the founder. Adopted children may never be named heir.

First Born: The oldest, by order of joining the family, eligible living child is named heir.

Xenophobic – Heirs cannot be a different species from the founder.

Meet the Marino-Bay family, the three of them have come a long way from where they first started with the exception of little Rylan who is only four years old now. Seth came from a troubled home life with his sister Valentine and bounced from school to school but he finally settled down once he met the love of his life Isobel Bay. Isobel was a pampered child and had an over protective mother who used to be a vampire. She was pregnant at sixteen and her mother kicked her out; she moved in with Seth and ten months later she had Rylan. Four years later, Seth is twenty-four and she is twenty-two with their four year old son.
